Order Processing Time
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your order. If you place an order after 3 pm CT, it will be considered a next-business-day order and will be processed accordingly. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. If you place an order on Friday after 3 pm CT, it will be processed on the following business day.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please take note of the following:
If the package is returned to Pigmented Hair LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer was not available during delivery, or if the package exceeded the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. Pigmented Hair shall not be held responsible for packages that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. No refunds will be given if any part of the address is incorrect.
Once an order is submitted, no changes or cancellations can be made.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or credits for orders that are confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pigmented Hair LLC cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer. In case of any such occurrence, Pigmented Hair LLC will provide delivery confirmation details, including the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information, for the customer to investigate.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided is accurate. In case of any inquiries regarding the delivery, customers should contact the carrier directly. To facilitate the investigation, customers should have their tracking number available.
Damaged or Missing Products
Items can shift or get damaged during transit. Therefore, it is recommended that you carefully inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. In case you find any damaged item, please submit a ticket along with photos of the damage and all necessary information to support your claim. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
Please note that Pigmented Hair LLC has a policy of reshipping any reported missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date within 30 days. However, all missing and damaged claims must be submitted within 10 days along with photo evidence (highly suggested) to ensure proper resolution.
Items Not in Stock
Our goal is to make all our products available for immediate shipment. However, due to the popularity and high demand for our products, some items may become temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we will promptly notify you and send out all available items. Any currently unavailable items will be refunded through store credit.
